After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo soft pressing, settling and removal of the must from the yeasts at low temperatures. primary fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-19 C° with selected yeasts. the wine rests on its own yeasts for around 3 months and, after clarification, is bottled and left to rest for 4-6 weeks before being released for sale.
COLOUR: straw yellow with greenish reflections
AROMA: refined and delicate, reminiscent of ripe pear and exotic fruits.
PALATE: dry, velvety, persistent, achieving a good balance between sweetness and an acidic fragrance
Alcohol by volume: 12.50-13.50%
Sugars: 4.00-5.00 g/l
Made with Pinot Bianco and Riesling Renano grapes, it has a good body and is wellbalanced. Straw-yellow colour. A delicate nose with layers of aromas. Excellent with fish dishes, soups and delicately-flavoured dishes
