PROSECCO DOC
This classic sparkling wine of the Marca Trevigiana has a light, fruity nose and a fresh young palate. Excellent drunk on its own or to accompany mixed hors d’oeuvres or fish
dishes.
Serving temperature 8° - 10° C.

PROSECCO EXTRA DRY
Prosecco Spumante Classico, made from selected grapes. A delicately fruity wine. A classic aperitif and excellent with delicate hors d’oeuvres or shellfish.
Serving temperature 7° - 8° C.

GRAPARIOL FRIZZANTE
An old vine of the Basso Piave. A sparkling, slightly acidic wine with a low alcoholic strength. A soft, elegant nose. Excellent with hors d’oeuvres, freshwater fish and salt cod.
Serving temperature 6° - 8° C.

BARBARELLO ROSATO FRIZZANTE
Made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a characteristic, cherry-red colour. A light, delicate wine with a fruity nose. Ideal with hors d’oeuvres, cold dishes and medium- mature cheese.
Serving temperature 10° - 12° C.

MANZONI MOSCATO
Obtained by crossing Moscato di Amburgo and Raboso Piave, it is produced as a sweet sparkling rosé. Dessert wine, it’s excellent with cakes and biscuits.
Serving temperature 8 - 10 C°.

   

CHARDONNAY
A fine, elegant wine of good alcoholic strength. A delicate, fresh and fruity nose with hints of Golden apple. A well-balanced palate. Excellent with hors d’oeuvres, light pasta
or rice dishes and fish dishes.
Serving temperature 10° - 12° C.

VERDUZZO
Made from Verduzzo grapes grown in Friuli, this wine has a deep straw-yellow colour. It has just the right hint of sweetness and a fruity nose with hints of flowers. Excellent
dessert wine.
Serving temperature 10° - 12° C.

SAUVIGNON
A straw-yellow colour and a nose redolent of peach and sweet pepper. Dry, harmonious and smooth on the palate. Excellent with Italian prosciutto, mushrooms or delicate fish
dishes.
Serving temperature 8° - 10° C.

INCROCIO MANZONI 6.0.13
Made with Pinot Bianco and Riesling Renano grapes, it has a good body and is wellbalanced. Straw-yellow colour. A delicate nose with layers of aromas. Excellent with fish dishes, soups and delicately-flavoured dishes. Serving temperature 10° - 12° C.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Excellent for accompanying meals. Deep ruby red, its nose reveals an aroma of raspberry with grassy hints. Full-bodied, with a round, harmonious palate. A good accompaniment to white and red meat, fine poultry and game.
Serving temperature 16° - 18° C.

CABERNET FRANC
A wine with a great personality. Deep ruby colour, with a characteristic, grassy nose and a delicately smooth palate. Ideal with roast red meat or white meat.
Serving temperature 14° - 16° C.

MERLOT
It’s one of the most popular wines in the world, a classic wine for the whole meal, that perfectly pairs with cold cuts, stews, roasts and game.
Serving temperature 16 - 18 C°.

RABOSO VERONESE
Softer than Raboso Piave, moderately macerated. Ruby red, with a fruity nose displaying marasca cherry and raspberry. Good with rice or pasta dishes with a meat
sauce, fish or white meat.
Serving temperature 10° - 12° C.

RABOSO DOC PIAVE
The native vine par excellence of the Marca Trevigiana. A wine with a marked acidity, its nose reveals aromas of raspberry and wild blackberry. Pairs with red meat, game,
mature cheese.
Serving temperature 18° - 20° C.
