Prosecco DOC

In 2009, an Italian Ministerial Decree defined Prosecco as a DOC (Controlled Denomination of Origin) wine, certifying the production zone and delineating the boundaries within which the grapes used to make this wine must be harvested.

Our winery is located within the zone, and as such, our Prosecco boasts the DOC denomination.

	PROSECCO DOC This classic sparkling wine of the Marca Trevigiana has a light, fruity nose and a fresh young palate. Excellent drunk on its own or to accompany mixed hors d’oeuvres or fish dishes. Serving temperature 8° - 10° C.		PROSECCO EXTRA DRY Prosecco Spumante Classico, made from selected grapes. A delicately fruity wine. A classic aperitif and excellent with delicate hors d’oeuvres or shellfish. Serving temperature 7° - 8° C.
