Vinification and Aging:
A Quality Process
Careful harvesting, soft pressing and must flotation contribute to high-quality winemaking. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by a frothing in an autoclave. After 3 months on the lees and an aging of 4 to 6 weeks in the bottle, Grapariol Spumante Brut is ready to conquer the palate.
